Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Whole hris system, we use the system for learning performance and a talent acquisition. It has helped us recruit more employees and streamline the internal process. Manny people have access to the system to help disseminate information quickly and efficiently. We also have started adding QA informing to the leaving system and new hire orientation

The triple have been helpful in getting more things back to the hr team. Working on getting piston control understood and having the open seats automated more. We love the payroll options and the automated reports that can be set up. The team has permission based access which has been helpful to control the data.
I have had issues with the profile based access groups for the community announcement postings. The video has not been explored by the company yet but it is something that down the road we are interested in exploring for our career page and for the employees community to follow up after events.
Paylocity giv s us more modules for cheaper and it is best at finding so many different things to go to the same location. We liked this flexibility and the personalization for the company and the options for employees. The surveys a learning are more robust as I remember as well.
