Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our entire HRIS, including payroll, performance, onboarding, recruitment, etc.

Pros

  • Customer service (over the phone)
  • Advanced technology
  • Multitude of offerings (platforms)

Cons

  • Customer service (emailed)
  • Letting clients know about new products/advancements
  • Reduced errors by using Paylocity for previously-used manual processes
Paylocity has done a nice job investing in automation initiatives.
We like that employees can have a one-stop shop is for using multiple platforms within Paylocity.
