Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for our Recruiting, HRIS system, expenses, payroll, learning and development and performance reviews.

  • Payroll, sometimes have issues with PTO showing as extra pay for employees who had a recent pay change
  • Reduced time in onboarding processes

Its been amazing, it complements our company as we are software so our processes to also be automated is amazing. Many processes also have many steps so having an automation helps reduce error/miss items.
Community has helped with announcements and keeping our employees engaged.

Paylocity has a wide range of integrations and simplifies many processes. They always listen to clients needs and the customer service has always been great. An examplewould be when the past HR manager left and I had to do payroll I had many questions of how to process things. Paylocity reps where able to guide me through the process and help step by step.
