Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for all of HRIS.

  • We are now able to use just one platform for everything instead of multiple.
It has freed up time for our managers and the HR department to focus on other things.
Because of the ease of use and accessibility, we have more engagement and recognition especially peer to peer than we did before.
We loved the UIX best

It is well suited as a single platform for the entire employee life cycle. I wish we could have embed images into Performance Management.
