Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HR & Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, TIme and Labor, Data and Insights

Pros

  • Payroll processing is smooth and seamless
  • Data and Insights provides us good information to make workforce planning decisions
  • Recruiting platform is easy to use and allows us to automatically post on Indeed

Cons

  • It would be really helpful to have a dedicated account manager that we can community with instead of calling the customer service number and getting a random person. It would avoid having to explain certain issues each time
  • Reduced time expenditures
  • More consistent and efficient processes
  • Better Data tracking and analysis
Automation of core processes (payroll, timekeeping) is efficient and easy to use. Helps us focus on TA and provides us more time for these value-added functions.
We use the employee surveys and events for compliance documents and tracking and it is saving us a lot of time and effort.

Great for mid-sized organizations. Performance evaluation is a little cumbersome for managers and employees.
