- Customer service.
- Policy changes. You complete and form and no one reaches out to talk with you about what you want to make sure it is set up correctly.

We went from full paper and having to be in the office to process payroll. I processed payroll here in Chicago at SHRM. There is no way we could have done that before.
Not all our employees have email access. Community allows all employees to see what is happening and how has a birthday or anniversary. Keeps us all connected.
