Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We are a small organization of only 25 full time folks. We have traditionally only used the system for payroll; however we have recently purchased the compensation, onboarding, recruiting, and performance management. We hope that these additional products will support a more streamlined HR function.

Cons
- Accrual tracking always seems to be off
- Visual process lines for payroll processing so you know what the next step should be easily
- Eventually, when we implement the other modules it will create more consistent processes and greater visibility
I’m new to my company and Paylocity. I don’t think that we utilize the product to its full potential. I think that it could be a great tool to create efficiency.
Again, we don’t use the system to its fully capability. I’d love to have greater support to introduce the features to our staff.
Workdays quick reference guides on how to complete a process are more readily available and easy to find and navigate. The Paylocity system is cleaner and easier to navigate.
