I am a Superuser. Time and Attendance. Payroll, Analytics, Onboarding, Job posts, learning, and points monitoring.
Pros
- Interface with employee portals.
- Onboarding
- Recruiting
Cons
- Customer service so often does not get back with me with a solution.
- Points monitoring, issues with removing them on time.
- Tickets are put in but I’m not called back.
- Person not having enough knowledge about the product.
- It does assist with efficiency. Going to one source for our employees it priceless.
It has assisted with efficiency. As you update, I see where you are improving processes to make it easier for the user.
The videos assist with learning and are a good source that is always available.
Paylocity has that personal touch and the ability to integrate all platforms into one location.

Yes - Assigning numbers, departments and physical kiosks. Transferring the information (data) from our old system to the new.
Change management was minimal - It can be difficult.
