Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the system for payroll and HR functions.

Pros

  • multiple functions housed in one place
  • feedback & reviews
  • intra-org communication

Cons

  • Scheduling module isn't as functional for some of our specific needs
  • In some instances HR/payroll and Time&Labor don't communicate with one another as seamlessly as I'd like
  • consolidated electronic files
  • reduced work hours
  • accurate data collection
  • ease of reporting
Our HR department's daily/weekly, etc. workload has been completely overhauled. What was done manually and over the span of several systems in the past has been streamlined to the point of reducing work hours spent on such tasks, allowing us to refocus efforts on other strategic objectives.
The availability of these tools has changed the scope of what we do with regard to these topics. Previously, we were not known for prioritizing these types of things, whereas now, it is easy to see the importance we place on them.
