Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity in all of our HR functions. We use the Recruiting(we just started using this module and it has been amazing to stream line our talent acquisition process), Onboarding(I like how it rolls right on over to HR and Payroll), Time and Labor(clocking in and out and PTO calendar), and for running Payroll as well.
Pros
- Their service department is so quick in getting back to me and they always know how to help me.
Cons
- The data import when you are running payroll (i.e. hourly, projection, reconciliation) could be improved to make sure no data is duplicated.
- I would love a annon. suggestion box for staff to be able to send feedback and thoughts anonymously.
- I have been able to share with my bosses accurate data to help make informed business decisions.
- I have reduced the amount of time I have spent on hiring because of paylocitys recruiting system.
Paylocity's tools have allowed me to be more efficient while doing my job because of the reports that I am able to pull instead of having to do everything manually.
We have not really used much of Paylocity's employee engagement tools.
Paylocity makes running reports easier. Plus we use Paylocity for more HR things like onboarding, and recruiting/hiring. It is nice to have everything in one place!
