Paylocity is used as a HRIS and processing payroll and using the LMS

  • support is readily available
  • user friendly
  • the app is easy to navigate

Cons

  • implementation of benefits and pto was a rough transition
  • 3rd shift coding
  • reduced errors
  • faster payroll processing
  • workforce visibility
the turnover % calculator has made it easy to track month over month
