Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
As a school with multiple campuses and over 100 employees, Paylocity helps manage time and labor, payroll, benefit selections, spending accounts, and streamline processes. We've recently begun using the Recruiting module and are excited to create an even better hiring experience for candidates and managers.
Pros
- Innovative new offerings.
- Solid integration options with third party vendors.
Cons
- Follow up with clients after integrations.
- The benefits module could be expanded.
- Tracking retention with data insights makes personnel updates a breeze!
- The recruiting module supports our hiring managers by providing one portal instead of 3-4!
Integrating benefits and empowering employees to make selections and have that automatically integrated with our providers will allow the Company to examine benefits and total rewards to see what is being utilized and offer more time to survey what employees want. The ability to spend more time examining competitive strategies will be imperative in retention efforts over the next year.
We're excited to utilize these tools more in 2024 currently they aren't used.
