It has helped our business maintain organization within Paylocity. Most of the automation tools have benefited our business and HR team, but some aspects have made specific processes for our team a little more challenging, which is due to the unique aspects of our company. For the most part, it has helped!
This feature doesn't receive the attention it deserves from our company. We use it to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries. We don't use peer recognition as much as we should. We have not used the survey feature. Some of it is due to the way our associates use Paylocity, whether on a desktop or mobile device.
