Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and HR Management. It has helped me to significantly streamline our onboarding process, complete payroll in a timely manner and store employee files easily.

Pros

  • I like the AI feature and the chat help feature.
  • I like the onboarding process.
  • I like the community hub.

Cons

  • Some of the processes do not make sense and are clunky.
  • I currently have a ticket it as PTO is not working, but it's over a week and I'm still waiting.
  • Reduced time overall
It has reduced the time it has taken, once you know how the system works.
I enjoy the feedback on the quarterly pulse surveys
