Paylocity Review- Great for Mid-Size Organizations
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am in HR and use all the platforms in Paylocity - HR & Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Data Insights, Learning, Onboarding, Performance, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Workflow and Documents. These platforms have streamlined our payroll and time card integration, has created ability to do on-line benefits enrollments, It has also made it easier to do job postings.
Pros
- Total Reward Statements are easy to launch out and share with staff
- Asking for Time off and doing Time and Labor is simple
- Payroll Process is very easy to run
- Benefits On-line enrollments
Cons
- Ability to do Reports, figure out how to create is not easy to figure out.
- Providing better communication as to issues you have, tickets being long lasting
- Customer Care Reps we have being more specific to clients, become a partnership with them, not just a number.
- Reduced errors and time spent with time card imports
- Significant time reduction in Benefits Open Enrollment with on-line entry
The ability to reduce the time spent on Payroll Cycles and Open Enrollment has freed us up to improve other processes and research other areas HR can help benefit the company and focus on employee retention activities.
We have been able to create a HR Happenings group to provide our staff with HR information periodically on all of our benefits. We have a Morning Minutes group to help keep all staff informed on Bank events/changes. We have Culture initiatives and have sub groups for our staff on Wellness, Fun Department and Fund Raising Efforts for the community.
Paylocity is more cost effective than ADP. It offers more features and more payroll enhancement capabilities than Bamboo.
