Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Our orginization uses Paylocity for HR & Payroll, HR Data, Learning, Onboarding, Recriting & Recognitions & Rewards.

Pros

  • Tracking of HR Data
  • Electrionic training modules
  • Seamless onboarding process

Cons

  • Interfacing with a timeclock can be delayed at times.
  • There has been no negitive impact
I have more time to focus on serving my staff due to the automated tools.
I see the comunication has improved.
