Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all things payroll related along with recruiting and onboarding.

Pros

  • More ability to correct or configure things on our own, with your training of course
  • reduced errors
  • better workforce visibility
So much so. We did not have the ability to schedule the way we do now wih our prior provider
We have many users who learn very differently. The PEAK articles are great yet having someone talk you through the system or certain tasks has been key for us. I would say more one on one training rather then just relying on PEAK.
So far you have been by far the best program I have worked with.

Paylocity is well suited for us as we have multiple clients yet they work similarily. Our ability to move between clients yet report on them individually or company wide is key for us.
