Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for recruitment, onboarding, time keeping, payroll and document storage mainly

- I was able to eliminate one part time HR position with the implementation of recruitment and onboarding.
- The job posting in recruitment is a one stop shop with one affordable fee (if I choose to heavily promote the job).
I've been able to focus on the people rather than the processes with Paylocity's tools.
We have struggled getting the staff to use Community. We have a core group of about 10 employees out of 105 that use it regularly, but I think there is a sense of social media fatigue for most people and adding this to their list of platforms, it just isn't a priority for them.
The main thing is that we have been using Paylocity for over 10 years, and changing that just isn't in the cards for my staff. Paylocity also has been the most cost effective solution for us.
