Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our main HRIS systems for hiring, onboarding, and payroll. We are in the process of adding benefits platform as well. the biggest issue is having so many different people and different departments, when you try and ask a question you get redirected 50 times before receiving any help. Also, the learning portal is super great, but sometimes an actual person walking me through it would be more helpful and Paylocity does not seem to want to do that.

  • way to overpriced especially when every feature actually needed is an additional price add on
this is actually fairly good
it was solely because their training and onboarding was terrible so we stayed with paylocity

Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Dimensions (discontinued)
pricing it way to high, especially for non-profits, that we cant even afford the functions we really need. Consider seriously working on costs with nonprofit organizations. It would also give you a better rep.

Getting passed around from person to person to person when you ask a question. seems like the customer service reps dont actually want to help
