Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll and Time and Labor. We are able to review reports and streamline our payroll by automatically applying labor entries to payroll. Employees are able to view timecards and look over YE data.

Pros

  • using Community to get information out to employees
  • keep track of benefts
  • track and add PTO hours.

Cons

  • Paylocity App doesn't give you all details like the web browser and is hard to navigate
  • Employees are unable to look over points accural
  • Reports give us the information we need quickly.
We are able to see deadlines and W2 and other year end or quarter end tasks that need to be completed.
We use the community page to get information out to the employees right away.
