Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding and to house our employee information.

Pros

  • communication
  • easy to use system
  • support
  • great account managers

Cons

  • some of the recruiting features has glitches, it has been enhanced though so looking forward to seeing how those play out
  • reduced time to hire
  • more consistent processes
  • easy to pull data and assess it
  • easy for employees to use themselves to update their information
I think recruiting is still a work in progress but I am excited about the new updates Paylocity has in store for recruiting. We have been meeting with one of the representatives weekly to learn more about how we can work better and utilize Paylocity's tools in a more productive way.
We have not really used the community, peer recognition, surveys, etc.. at my organization
