Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity solely for processing my payroll on a semi-monthly basis.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Accuracy
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Setting up Tax codes
  • Make the newer payroll processing easier when changes need to be made to an individual check.
  • To many clicks to accomplish one thing
  • Overall saved us money each month
  • Fast processing - less time
The payroll process itself is pretty easy to use I just wish there were less clicks to accomplish a particular payroll process task. I only use the Payroll so I can't comment on the other items.
We don't actively use this feature.
Customer service exceeds that of the other company and the cost for the product exceeds it also.
