Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, HR, recruiting, onboarding, and training. The service is challenging, when your working with different and multiple reps when needing support. When a ticket is created, it never gets resolved and there is alot of back and forth.

Process payroll effeciently than previous software
Crossed paths with Paylocity as rep reached out to us. Customer service hasn't been the greatest, as we are not too keen in invested many more platforms as we are open to other softwares.

We've had multiple issues on PTO balances not being deducted then being deducted on it's own and reps still hasn't been able to figure out the issues for several months.
