Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We are a continuing care retirement community and use Paylocity as our Recruiting, Benefits, and HRIS system for payroll
Prior to using Paylocity we had several systems integrated so Paylocity is a one and done system for us.

- reduced the amount of software integration we had to implement
Payroll process time due to the ease of use has been great, it takes about 50% of the amount of time that it did under our old system.
During Covid when we were on somewhat of a lock down, Paylocity's Community posting was crucial for us to communicate to all employees even remote workers.
Much improved and customer service is much better, we used to wait 2-3 days for a call back from SAGE
