Paylocity did what they said and we have "grown-up" with them.
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We originally partnered with Paylocity for ACA compliance, but it grew to much more. Paylocity helped us become a paperless HR department. We no longer have new hire packets full of paper for an employee to go over on their first day. All of that is completed before they arrive for their first day. We use their time & labor, payroll, survey, performance, data insights, and learning modules.
Pros

Cons
- I would love to see them go back to an in-person conference. I was able to get very useful information from those trainings.
- More help topics within their chat function.
- I am not the most patient person so sometimes the service team isn't as fast as I would like with responses.

Paylocity has been a game-changer for us. We were one of the beta users of recruiting and we signed up immediately. This is the first impression of your candidates of the bank and having a streamlined process makes us look better. In addition, it has made the process faster and less mistakes.
The surveys during COVID made all the requirements easier for us. We were considered an essential business, so our employees were still reporting to work every day and Surveys and Community was a great way for us to keep up with everyone. We also use community to notify employees of important weather updates during inclement weather.
