Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity to store EE data and track time & attendance. Employee benefit information is stored and tied to payroll. Payroll works seamlessly in Paylocity, making everything easy to log, pull reports from, and process. The insights page of Paylocity helps me monitor turnover and look at information such as our demographics, # of EEs per department, etc. Overall, Paylocity has everything we need, and I enjoy using it as our chosen HRIS!
Pros
- Customer Service.
- Reporting
- Tracking Time & Attendance.
- Ease of Use.
Cons
- Not all features are found under all tabs, (EE Search, HR EE side, Payroll EE side).
- Sales Consultants are too pushy, trying to push new features that I do not need or want.
- Reduced payroll errors.
- Better demographic visibility.
- Improved decision making based on data.
Payroll is a breeze using Paylocity. It's also easy to track and monitor turnover, layoffs, and similar events.
We do not use any of those features.
