Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the payroll portion. It is very easy to use. the only issue I have is that it does not always to to the employee I request. I have to be very careful not to assume it went to the employee it wanted.

Pros

  • Payroll runs smoothly
  • HR portion is very easy to use
  • Direct access to pay stubs

Cons

  • The system not going to the employee I have selected
  • reduced errors
  • control over missed Timesheet hours
  • Better viewing of vacation and sick time.
it has lowered out cost because employees can not check in or out without being in the office. we used to have a big problem with this. being able to keep track of new employees.

The system is very easy for employees to see their Benefits, vacation and sick time. I would be great to have a feature that an employee can select for birthday not to show up. I believe the only choice is all or none.
