Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We currently use Paylocity for payroll and HR needs. We use the HRIS system for onboarding, annual reviews, etc. We also use the Compensation module to help identify pay grades. The use of these systems had greatly improved efficiencies with the administration of payroll and HR, especially with onboarding. We used to have a very manual process for onboarding new staff and now it is a breeze because it is all taken care of in Paylocity from employment verifications to benefit administration.

It has reduced the time needed to review timecards and submit payroll. It took our old manual system and streamlined it. Timecards don't take nearly the time they used to take to review.
We only just started using the community functions in Paylocity. We are transitioning away from Teams to the community in Paylocity to drive more staff to use Paylocity as the one stop shop for all company communications.
Paylocity is a tech company that became a payroll company. ADP is a payroll company trying to implement tech. Paylocity is much easier to use and a better product in my opinon.
