Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use it for Payroll and Human Resources. We don't have specific business problems however in the past maybe a few HR issues benefits and they have been resolved .
Pros
- Getting all updates sent out
- Customer service with our Team Rep
- Overall customer service is great
Cons
- some of the navigation within the employee searches
- Maybe better screens for tax information
- more detailed information for help menu
- improved our onboarding process
- improved annual salary requirements
- improved our benefits information
It has been very effective and by it being automatic it has reduced errors from manual entries
A good impact and we get more employee participation
