Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Our Company has used Paylocity for 3 years now, and we continue to expand the products we use. We use HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Community products in Paylocity.

Pros

Cons

  • It could improve by having the systems communicate more effectively with each other.
  • Benefits and LOA could speak to each other.
  • Benefit Time off should have more complexity.
  • It has been very beneficial and has improved the way we work overall.
There are still several manual processes that can be improved to facilitate automation.
Very useful, and we use it occasionally.
Our company previously used Exponent HR, and we have since transitioned to a paperless system with streamlined processes. I believe that each product has areas in which it works exceptionally well and also leaves room for improvement.
