In our organization, we use Paylocity for HRIS (human resources information system)

Automation is not in place
Impressions are good
I gave Paylocity this usability rating because, in my opinion, Good impressions, bad system, pricing is out the roof
Other HRIS systems are beyond Paylocity at this time.
