Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, Recruiting, Performance, Benefits, And Admin. We try to use this as a one stop for all employees to be able to access there info. It simplifies some things for our employees.

Pros

  • Easy to access for employee
  • Keeps all Recruiting info in one place

Cons

  • Customer service and Helpful Reps.
  • Quicker replies in systems issues.
  • Never able to get in contact with our reps
  • Receiving multiple answers for one question, none were correct.
Slightly but not as much as we would have hoped
Due to the poor customer service we have received and continue to deal with.

I have a low rating due to lack of customer service and help received. I have been struggling to get answers and assistance for problems that I am now at the point of barely reaching out due to the fact I know I wont receive help.
