Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Very complicated pay structures with commission-based employees - Paylocity does a great job integrating our feed from billing and accounting. The reps are super responsive and are great at troubleshooting and offering solutions tailored our needs. Also like the reporting features as they are intuitive and comprehensive in data reported.

Positive impact - better then ADP, who we converted from.
Not much - we utilize outside vendors for these work streams.
Good for smaller employer orgs, but challenged with enterprise size employers.

Small and Medium sized employers are better suited to PL. Large enterprise e employers are forced to convert to a platform that can handle their girth. PL was great at growing along side our company until we reached a certain size, employee population over 10k, PL has excellent client service reps who are responsible and great at offering customized solutions.
