Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for everything in HR. Payroll, recruitment, benefits etc.

Pros

  • user friendly
  • allows multiple uses
  • Easy to access and login

Cons

  • It should notify you better on a repeat candidate
  • Account Managers need to be more available
  • Tax set up needs to be done easier
  • more consistent process for benefits
  • more consistent process for all candidates across the board
  • accurate data
It has helped my accounting team with all the Payroll taken care of so I can focus more on talent acquisition and training
ADP Workforce Now was great and user friendly as well, but didn't use it the way we utilize Paylocity

I use it for recruitment and it helps me so much by having everything I need for the full recruitment process. Haven't come into a scenario where it isn't appropriate.
