Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, We use almost all of the Paylocity functions.

The problem is no one certain account manager for us ， just the radom person who picks up our phone calls

Pros

  • pick up phone calls quickly

Cons

  • In my opinion, Paylocity has room for improvement to train some account managers to improve their proffesional knowledge
In my opinion, Paylocity's automation tools have affected our business because Paylocity is very suitable
The impact Paylocity's employee engagement tools have on our business is very positive
I gave Paylocity this usability rating because, in my experience, Paylocity is almost fit for all HR (human resource) functions
