Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for recruiting, on-boardlng, payroll, benefits, document management, and employee engagement.
Paylocity makes simplifies our processes and makes us more efficient. The system allows us to save employee documents from recruiting, onboarding and payroll in the employee profile for easy access by HR and managers,. Community is a efficient way of communicating important information to our employees and rolling out new initiatives as well as a fun way to welcome new hires and recognize good work. The reporting capability is outstanding and allows HRto provide data driven feedback and solutions to leadership.
