We use it for onboarding , payroll, taxes, and time and attendance functions.

it has helped to expedite payroll processing
The community feature helps to get employees, engaged and interacting
in general, It’s very easy to use, but there could be better communication about upgrades.
Paylocity was easier to use so we remained with Paylocity.

Paylocity is a pretty sound HRIS system. it is a good system for conducting most of the basic functions of an HR team. It could do a better job of promoting the new features that are available two is existing clients.
