Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize Paylocity's HR & Payroll system, as well as its time and labor platform, for managing timesheets, schedules, payroll processing, document storage, the self-service portal, onboarding, & recruiting. Paylocity has streamlined and simplified a lot of our manual processes, including the unnecessary filing of hard copy documents, recruiting, and more.
Pros
- Customer Service has been pretty good for the most part
- Updates have been nice, helpful, and user-friendly
- The Onboarding platform is nice for new hires
- The recruiting feature is a nice tie-in to hiring
Cons
- Too many account managers - we've had so many since we signed up for Paylocity
- Also, the account manager is NEVER available to speak to on the phone - always gets transferred to a customer agent
- Some updates (i.e. - I-9 in onboarding) have not been helpful - We have an open case that is still unresolved regarding a customization to the I-9 in Onboarding.
- Emailing Service is confusing when multiple people respond

Improved Overall
Employees don't use often. HR will send out surveys which receive decent responses.
