Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is currently used for onboarding and payroll. We are in the process of integrating our 401k as well.

Pros

  • Payroll is always processed efficiently and on time.
  • Customer service is always extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Cons

  • There is not a smooth option for tracking front-loaded personal/vacation time.
  • The tracking of personal/vacation time between HR/Payroll and Time and Labor is not consistent.
  • Documents that are required to be completed for services/changes to configurations should be accessible to complete prior to contacting customer service to expedite the changes.
  • Payroll is processed more efficiently and with less errors.
  • Tracking of vacation and personal time off is still a work in process.
Payroll has become more efficient with less processing errors. Time tracking has improved, but has not yet become more efficient due to conflicting information between HR/Payroll and Time and Labor and adjustments that need to be made manually since the system does not recognize front-loading.
Would have been a 10, but for the time tracking.
Easier to work with and Paylocity is more reliable. We had a delayed payroll due to an error made by isolved for which they took no accountability.

I've always had a pleasant experience when working with any of the customer service representatives. Each one was patient and willing to walk me through the issues I was having at the time or any new configurations we needed.
