Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, HR, Learning, Benefits, Onboarding, Performance, Recognition/Rewards, Surveys, and Workflows/Documents.

  • Customer Service I could go on forever with this.
  • Increased time expenditures since Covid. Employees do not read emails. They charge forward without understanding requests.
Payroll has remained consistently the same. Seems automation may be Paylocity's downfall when it comes to customer service. You can tell when your employees use AI to answer questions. Maybe because they can't read or comprehend English?
Community is a great place to post communications.
It is no longer user friendly. Customer service is extremely poor.
I researched ADP and it is more than comparable to Paylocity. The key is, who has better customer service.

Payroll is well suited, their customer service is not.

Help menu's, they could have from beginning to end on how to do something. At times, you do not realize there is more to the steps than is listed. You find out later you have to search other terms to find the big picture.
