Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity to process weekly and bi-weekly payroll. I use payroll reports to address any problems that might arise.

Pros

  • The customer service is EXCELLENT. They are always able to help solve a problem.
  • The platform is super user friendly.
  • A variety of report options are provide.

Cons

  • It's missing functionality after leaving the HR & Payroll, going into the Marketplace, the option to return to HR & Payroll is no longer available. Must log out then back in.
  • It's difficult to generate a payroll report by month.
  • Reduced errors
  • Reduced costs
Thanks to Paylocity’s automation tools, I have full confidence in the accuracy and reliability of our payroll calculations.
We haven’t focused on employee engagement yet, but it's an area we're planning to explore.
