Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, timekeeping, performance reviews that help reflect raises and benefits, to assist our employees in managing their benefits, to provide pay advances when employees need their money early, to facilitate recruiting and onboarding new hires. Additionally, Paylocity helps companies stay ACA compliant and compliant with tax regulations.

Pros

  • Time card tracking.
  • Payroll is easy.
  • Keeping accounts compliant.

Cons

  • Payroll could be a little simpler, but it has improved so much over the years.
  • It has helped us to stay more organized without having to go through file after file in a filing cabinet.
We are typically able to select candidates and schedule them for an in-person interview within a few business days.
Some employees here feel like the community tasks can be overwhelming.
It is great in most areas with a few flaws here and there. The reports will sometimes not work correctly which can be frustrating.
