Paylocity - Well worth the time you will save using this software

Payroll, Timecard, Onboarding. When we first started with Paylocity in 2017 the customer service and training was top notch. People would actually walk you through the process of how to enter time corrections on the time sheets. They would walk you through how to process payroll. Recently we added the Onboarding feature and the training process was very frustrating. Here are videos to watch and toggle back and forth from the video to the Paylocity platform to understand what steps need to be taken to complete the task. It wasn't until I expressed my frustration I was then provided with the one on one training with a Paylocity team member.

It takes me less time to process payroll. I can do it when I am ready with my reports and from start to finish it takes me maybe 1 - 1 1/2 hours to complete. I am not at the mercy of the company to do the next part I need to move on to the next steps. It is all at my fingertips to start, process, finalize and push through.

We use the system to acknowledge our team member's birthdays as we have another form of acknowledging our team members in the office face to face and in a group setting where all are involved and can congratulate the team member. It is fun for all involved and creates a sense of community.
