Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for many of our employee HR needs. Paycheck related data, sick and PTO time requests and tracking, reviews and goals, as well as surveys. It has been simple to use and very effective for these tasks.

Pros

  • Paystub and tax info handling
  • PTO and Sick leave requests and approvals
  • Goals and Reviews for employees

Cons

  • Improve navigation on the web portal so that it takes fewer steps to find my most frequently utilized pages
  • The simple, consistent and effective tool cuts down on wasted time and the need for multiple solutions for separate features.
We appreciate the birthday and work anniversary recognition. The reminders enable the team to congratulate each other when these events occur when most of us wouldn't otherwise realize.
What I use it for, it does well and easily.
  • BambooHR®
In my opinion, Paylocity is a marked improvement over BambooHR. Certain employee payroll interactions are much more streamlined.

I think Paylocity is Well suited for a company with more than a dozen employees up to a few hundred, perhaps beyond.
