Great Product especially compared to ADP
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We were with ADP beforehand and it was ok, but the support was horrible. You never knew who you would get for help and sometimes, they would make the problem worse. We switched over to Paylocity for Payroll, HR, and employee communciations. It does a great job of integrating between the modules and with other items, like our 401k provider.

- it would be nice to have a support case system like ADP did
- our onboarding was rough and we are still feeling some of the problems
- The time and labor module can be clunky, espeically when you need to fix a time card.

they have made it easier to avoid manaul entry through automation. Whether it be for employee on boarding, payroll or even our reivews, it has helped us create structure and be more efficient.
We just started using some of these items. I like the structure it provides and all managers follow the same workflow. We are a manufacturing company, so sometimes i find it hard to push people to use it, but it is getting better.
We switched to have US based dedicated support and the reporting features are far superior.
