Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity fir payroll. It helps across 4 terminals and us easy to use. The drivers find it very easy and they can see everything they need to see on thier phones. They punch in and out at a touch if a button which saves times and the geofencing is perfect as we know where everyone punches from.
Pros
- Maintain Punches
- Onboarding is easy
- Documents are easily found and tracable
- electroninc signatures for the handbooks and policies are easy to recover
Cons
- The area in onboarding is there is a rejection a message needs to be sent immediately
- Wrong punches can be difficult to correct
- Local payroll codes are time consuming ADP gets this done easier
- Reduced time on onboarding SAVING RESOURCDES
- higher charting of late or missing attendance
- reduced time on turnover reporting
Paylocity has saved us time and resourcs with the ease of processing the payroll. We do the payroll weekly so the time that we have saved processing payroll has been a cost savings and amore pleaseant experience than our previous package,
It took our drivers a great amount of time to get use to the Paylocity system, Once they got the hang of the program I see a greater amount of interaction with the drivers and the programs ezpecially of the time off and expense accounts. They submot the expense report and wee the approval and move along quickly
ADP is dinosaur in the industry and is more user friendly than Paylocity, It also has more options and their tax department offers more assistance than Paylocity. it doesn't make it better it is just they have been doing it so long that they have the market on the industry.
