- Have a direct Account Rep
- Stop requesting to set up a meeting with the salesman, when a meeting with Account Rep has requested.
- Reduced errors with employee hours worked or PTO
- Reduced costs
- Reduced processing time for payroll
Time spent completing a payroll run has been reduced significantly from the alternative of other payroll services companies. Employees that use the self- portal like the ease of use and monitoring of their personal portal.
We have only recently started to use Peer Recognitions and Surveys. It is our hope in the next year to ramp these features up for a better Employee Engagement.
Paylocity was the service that was being used when I joined the practice. I have used other payroll products in other practices, i.e., Sage Payroll, Time Pilot, T-Sheets.
