Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, FSA benefits and HR Edge solutions. When we have difficult HR issues to navigate, using their HR expertise helps confirm our decisions. Paylocity has been pivotal in streamlining our onboarding process.

Pros

  • Quick access to an agent to discuss questions, if needed

  • Reduce time by streamlining processes
  • Great job at rolling out new features
The time tracking side is effortless. It makes approving timecards a seamless process. Managers can quickly review timecard, make notes and approve. Running payroll has become a quicker process.
Community is a fast and easy way for all employees to recognize their coworkers. We use Paylocity for notifications of company wide news. Recently, we notified employees that we were shut down due to inclement weather.
It is user friendly. The various tasks that you complete follow a logical order and take the guesswork out of what step is next.
  • ADP Resource (Discontinued)
ADP was costly and not user friendly. Had to call customer service weekly to get help.

Paylocity has a great "help" section where you can search for any topic and they immediately give you the written instructions to complete the task. I often work outside of normal business hours and being able to solve the question on my own is perfect.
