Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am our company Administrator and utilize Paylocity for Employee data management, Payroll, PTO tracking and time keeping for hourly employees. It has streamlined a lot of my process for HR management, onboarding and payroll. I really enjoy the products and the AI tool. Overall I would recommend this product to a friend but the customer service could use a bit of training and urgency. Luckily I try to navigate the issues on my own before i reach out to their customer service. I hope to be able to continue to streamline processes and utilize this community function even more to engage employees.

It has been great to have such technology at my fingertips. I come from a very manual process for payroll, record keeping and time keeping. This is truly an upgrade to my prior processes. Just need to work on customer service knowledge and response time. Other than that, all is well
Im still working on this feature and engaging employees to utilize.
Overall best price and great sales experience.
