Paylocity tips from an everyday user
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity helps with employee management, payroll, and time card control. It helps streamline onboarding with it centralizing all tasks in one place, even the I-9s. It has a robust expense submission and control although I wish it had the capabilities of being tailored but other than that it's a great software.

- Tailoring expense management
- Re-doing batches when running payroll don't restore expenses and these then have to be run on a separate batch/payroll
- Positive impact on automation of tasks, especially onboarding
- Negative impact on expense approvals and combination with internal policies
They've done a great job with thee new payroll revamp. It's much user friendly and helped do this faster. Time tracking has also been great bit it woudl be better if time cards could be updated based on certain expense submissions which would make payroll even faster and easier for HR
Employees will always seek to be recognized and while Paylocity offers good tools it does require a tech savvy community for this to really give results
